Hi there! I’m Becca Higgins, LMT
I’m a Licensed Massage Therapist, and I’ve always felt called to help people feel better. My journey began early, giving massages to friends and family throughout my life, and even using massage to manage my symptoms of TMJ pain years before I became a Licensed Massage Therapist. I didn’t realize that this experience would underpin my passion for providing therapeutic massage to others. My mission is to build a practice based on compassion, skill, and trust, and to help us all live more grounded lives.
Before becoming a massage therapist I worked in graphic design, and have always been an artist- drawing, painting, jewelry making, bookbinding- so I’ve experienced the physical strain of long hours at a desk and repetitive overuse. I have a firsthand understanding of the impact of chronic pain and stress on the body, and of the relief massage can provide, which inspires me to share that with others.
As an artist, I draw from my creative practices to bring presence, flow, and intuition into my bodywork. I blend a strong knowledge of anatomy with intuitive touch, and customize each session to meet your specific needs.
Whether you're recovering from an injury, managing stress, or in need of a reset, I offer a calm and supportive space where your body can recharge and begin to heal.
